**Exchanges:**
You have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange, provided you have the original receipt and the item's tags are still attached. To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. In return, you'll receive a store credit to use on another one of our exquisite products.

**Final Sale Items:**
Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. This includes accessories, sunglasses, bathing suits, and evening or cocktail dresses.

**Clearance Items:**
All clearance items are considered final sale, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Refund Method:**
We apologize, but we are unable to provide any cash refunds or credit back to your credit card for returns. Instead, we offer a store credit to ensure you can continue to indulge in our exclusive collection.
